How it works
Add your contracts. Load the contract files, load a spreadsheet, or type the data. When you load a contract file, the tool reads the terms and fills a row.
Select the change. New name, new details, new contracting company, extension, amendment or termination.
Save the pack. You get one Word document for each contract, and a sheet to track which ones are sent and signed.
Example: your company gets a new name and has 200 supplier contracts. The tool writes 200 notices, one for each contract.
